Our plants are between 2 feet and 15 feet tall. Please wear work gloves when handling the trees!
) A trailer with a tarp is the best way to transport. A tarp is essential if the trees have leaves or opening buds, optional if they are dormant and leafless. We can help you lay the plants flat on top of the tarp, then fold the tarp over the trees for protection.
) A pick up truck. Same procedure as above, but often the trees will stick out the back. If the plants are too big this won’t work, but most of the time it does.
) An enclosed vehicle. This won’t always work, but we have ways of fitting a large plant into a mini-van or sometimes even a car. We suggest bringing a tarp to place on the floor of your vehicle or a plastic bag to put over the bottom of the tube to contain dirt.
Don’t hesitate to call ahead to discuss your plant choices and their sizes to ensure you bring the transport that works.
